No amount can fix bad, snappy, unapologetically unpleasant, ill-mannered, and crass attitude. The staff needs to turn their attitude down several notches and turn up the hospitality. The service would greatly improve if the staff were friendlier and more attentive. Starting with not forgetting food items. The staff’s attitude was off-putting, a dose of courtesy and professionalism is badly needed. Less ‘we’re doing you a favor’ energy, more ‘we’re glad you’re here’ would make for a much better experience. Please, eat here if you like wasting money and helping to employ ungrateful people. Meanwhile, plenty of other, good-intentioned, friendly, pleasant, polite, considerate, warm and welcoming people are desperately looking for a job who can turn this location 180* to its full potential and make it shine.
