There was a head manager walking around and he was very kind and asked customers, including myself, if they had everything they needed. I got my apple Fuji salad and I made sure to put no tomatoes on my online order and they listened! Not many Paneras would do that made me happy!

The portions have gotten smaller and the prices have stayed the same or have increased (and a part of me gets that we’re in a recession but it still sucks). The last visit that prompted my review was when I ordered the chicken roma with the asiago bagel through the drive-through. I sat down to eat when I got to my office and found that there was NO chicken in my sandwich, which was absolutely unfortunate because the rest of the sandwich tasted fine. Just disappointing :(
