While waiting in line, I can hear the man at the window cackling with other customers for 5 minutes per customer. It’s getting ridiculous! To the point where I don’t think I can visit this location any longer, which is beyond a shame since I live right next door. The unprofessional behavior of the employee at the window is frankly baffling. While I appreciate friendly service, holding up the entire line for extended personal conversations is unacceptable. It creates a negative experience for everyone else. This excessive wait time consistently throws off my schedule and makes it impossible to grab a quick coffee before work or other commitments. It's incredibly frustrating to be stuck in a drive-thru line for so long due to unnecessary chatting. I'm genuinely disappointed that I'm being forced to consider other coffee options. Living so close, this location should be my go-to, but the consistently slow and unprofessional service makes it impossible to justify. I hope management addresses this issue before they lose more customers.
