Today on Sunday when I could talk to the manager, he told me I had to call it the moment it was bad if I wanted a refund and I'm thinking to myself how would I immediately know if the food was bad? I told them they could definitely keep the tip but had no intention to give anything back. Sure I could've called earlier even though I was sick all Saturday, but the fact that there were no other compromises or solutions that the manager could've offered was disappointing for a customer service representative. If others enjoy this specific Domino's great just be careful of the food and don't expect miracles for customer service.
