  Customer Service was terrible, I felt rushed even though there was no line. Also, my burrito wasn’t even folded properly letting most of it spill out.

  My food that I took a package and brought home today was angry and it was like chewing gum, it was really the worst food I've ever eaten in my life

  It’s Chipotle, so for food u know what to expect. This review is about the incompetence running the place. Lady had to run my card 4x at checkout. First because she’s not paying attention to my order. 2-4x because she has no clue how to work a register. Then on to the fountain drink. Any ice…’ oh, no, our ice machine is broken’…something maybe you could put on the machine or tell people? Ok fine, coke with no ice…oh wait, the coke is Diet Coke, so the wrong syrup is hooked up. I give up…would have got my money back on the drink had it not been 4 more receipts for me to send in on an expense report. Some people are destined for a career at Chipotle…but not the one working the cashier!

  Their attitude is insane. Taina was my server and she had an attitude the entire time. I asked for a double tortilla cus she literally could not roll up my burrito, but then commented, “well if it wasn’t so much stuff, we would do 1”. Then I asked to use my reward from the app, she rolled her eyes like I was getting the food for free. I don’t know why work here or in any food industry if you will be serving with an attitude for no reason at all. The manager was also there and was just adding on. I was honestly so embarrassed to be treated that way but kept my mouth shut and walked out. Never again.
