  Every time I go there is something wrong with my order. Again today… couldn’t have made the order any simpler ( 2qty- $6 meals) but again they failed to add the meat on them. I then went to call and notify them of their error only to get recording that their voicemail has now yet been setup.

  Employee on shift was nasty at the drive through, made wrong size drink I asked her to fix, had an attitude I tasted the drink it tasted horrible. I returned and asked her to fix it correctly and she refused and began yelling at me saying it looks the way it does because the ice melted

  This dunkin prematurely closes. They are supposed to close at 9 but I see a woman rushing inside when shes throwing out the trash and then she shuts off the lights at the drive through. I was there at 7:50pm, an entire hour before close. Totally unacceptable, will not return

  Never was able to get my order because no one ever came to the speaker at the drive-through and people were beeping behind me so I went around to get a coffee and waited quite some time and when I got up there, the girl would not make my coffee and said that I had to go around again and get back in line. That was not going to happen so I left and unfortunately will not be going back again.

  Just got in the drive-through line and the speaker did not come on so we drove around to the window waited almost 10 minutes only to get up there and the girl at the window to tell us we needed to go back around. All we wanted was two coffees but she didn’t care so totally unacceptable and will not revisit that location
