But then the black lady( don’t know her name.) she’s tall. Jumped in stating that the butter pecan was in there (it was not) and that I had to pay extra. First time at this Dunkin’. Been to many others and the butter pecan coffee never tasted like that, simply because it was not in there. She was so utterly rude it was disturbing. I work in hospitality and wow, would I NEVER talk to a guest like that.
