  Been here twice @ 530pm and it's locked up. All indications online show they closed at 7pm. Fyi, the gas station next door has good coffee and it's cheaper.

  The coffee is terrible. I’m an avid Dunkin’ customer and the taste of their coffee is not consistent with other Dunkin’ I’ve been to. I went to the Danbury one today and that one was good. The other Southbury Dunkin’ coffee is terrible as well. Not sure why, maybe they mix their beans (with lower quality)?

  Horrible service. Stood in front of register but employee failed to tell me and serviced the person in the other line. Had a sparky attitude to the woman next to me. Then had enough time talking to another employee about her. She was really upset and asked for the manager. Bad attitude . Won't go back

  Nice place, good service and seating. However, the music being played inside the dining area is very loud and extremely annoying. I had to walk out the place before finishing my dining. Totally frustrating, I'm a senior so maybe the Dunkin management should show some concern for people like me. Reduce the volume please!
