  Such a clean and chill restaurant with the music playing! Fast service I didn't wait longer than 5 minutes for my food! If your craving Dunkin this is the place to go to!

  I went in 2/19 at around 2:25 and asked for a refresher with extra concentrate. The cashier asked one if the guys working and he said no they’re not allowed to do extra concentrate. I expressed to him that I had never heard of that because I actually worked at a dunkin in cheshire. He came up to me with an attitude and said “do you still work at dunkin?” to which i replied no, and he responded “exactly you don’t know anything.” I actually had to tell him that he didn’t have to be rude. He absolutely ruined my day, i only came to this location because the one by the gas station was closed. I have gotten extra concentrate at both locations so this was absolutely unacceptable! Someone needs to give some form of disciplinary action to this employee because he was not at all professional.

  Black lady that was working on 1/10/26 at 9:00 AM was extremely rude. The other lady made my coffee wrong. I asked her to fix it and she did. But then the black lady( don’t know her name.) she’s tall. Jumped in stating that the butter pecan was in there (it was not) and that I had to pay extra. First time at this Dunkin’. Been to many others and the butter pecan coffee never tasted like that, simply because it was not in there. She was so utterly rude it was disturbing. I work in hospitality and wow, would I NEVER talk to a guest like that.
