  I come to this location often and always have a great experience, unfortunately this morning however I was disturbed at what I had witnessed. There was a young girl working behind the counter making drinks, she had dark hair and an older gentleman with white hair and glasses if I’m correct (a gentleman he was not) who snapped on her for what seemed to be no apparent reason after she responded to him. He proceeded to tell her she’s embarrassing herself in front of customers and making the store look bad and from what we could all see; belittling her in front of myself and multiple other customers when she tried to stick up for herself. He then screamed at her to leave the store and quit. I know myself as well as the others who unfortunately had to see the event play out were disturbed by his outrageous actions and how awful he treated the young girl. I hope that she didn’t listen to him and I hope the manager does something about getting rid of that man.

  Been here twice @ 530pm and it's locked up. All indications online show they closed at 7pm. Fyi, the gas station next door has good coffee and it's cheaper.

  The coffee is terrible. I’m an avid Dunkin’ customer and the taste of their coffee is not consistent with other Dunkin’ I’ve been to. I went to the Danbury one today and that one was good. The other Southbury Dunkin’ coffee is terrible as well. Not sure why, maybe they mix their beans (with lower quality)?
