  Wow those CEOs really driving profits. A lot of rice and beans but hardly any chicken! This manager is doing well … just not for the customers… If you really cared about your customers you would give me more than a few pieces chicken. I can basically count how many pieces I got!

  I love every single worker here. I look forward to always having Conversation while my meal is getting prepared. Although one employee, I believe of the name Charles is disrespectful and very unpleasant to every customer. My portions are made unequally and the payment Charge has been wrong almost every single time. Watch out for who prepares your food. Otherwise an amazing chipotle

  Looked over and the lady serving the rice was shoveling rice into her mouth with the same gloves she was using to serve people. She also said there was no white rice and got mad when I asked for it when there was a giant bowl of it right behind her, she physically slammed her fist on the table when all i did was ask for white rice.

  My recent visit to Chipotle, was a lonely experience since I was the only customer in the store. Granted, it was midafternoon but the large shopping center they are in was packed with cars. I have noticed that Chipolte’s stock price is down about 50% over the past two years, caused by lower sales and profits. I also note many negative reviews for Chipotle mentioning slow service, smaller portions, inconsistent food quality and complaints about price increases. Bad reviews will result in even lower sales so staff should be trained to express appreciation to every customer. The staff at Southbury were polite and competent but did not show much enthusiasm for their job or products. In addition, Chipotle has introduced only minor new products and virtually no changes to their basic menu. Despite the issues mentioned, I still enjoy Chipolte’s food and I don’t think product quality has declined. Higher menu prices are a big deal but there’s probably not much Chipotle can do about it since inflation has impacted food prices everywhere. In addition, Chipotle faces a lot of new competition in the fast food sector and a shift in consumer preferences. A lot of bad reviews in my opinion originate from consumers frustrated and squeezed in every direction by higher prices. Will I continue to visit Chipotle? Yes - I still enjoy Chipotle food, but their outlets need a bit more ambiance and friendlier staff.
