  You spend money for food then when you ask for bbq sauce they wanna charge extra plus the front counter was off had to paid on the kios

  Dear Team, I am writing to report a hygiene concern regarding the McDonald's location in South Windsor, Connecticut. During my visit 09/2018, I observed individuals exiting the restroom without washing their hands. Given the potential for germ transmission on shared surfaces, I am concerned about the sanitary conditions and the health of your customers. I believe it is important to take preventative measures to ensure public health protection. Could you please clarify what protocols are in place to ensure proper hygiene and frequent cleaning of high-touch areas at this location?   Rude workers mostly ,forget things when you go thru drive thru , attitudes,just not friendly workers ,they are very immature acting and it makes you not pick mc Donalds to go to ,we always loved eating there sitting inside but the past 3yrs the workers are just rude etc
