  During my visit, my personal experience as a customer was not bad, however, I observed behavior from a manager that was concerning and unprofessional. The manager spoke to employees in a harsh and disrespectful tone and was visibly upset, slamming items while working. Very child like. I witnessed the manager single out one employee, a very kind woman and repeatedly belittle and mock her in front of others. The manager appeared to target this same employee consistently for no clear reason. As a regular customer, I have noticed many new employees come and go, yet this same employee continues to be treated poorly by the same manager. This behavior creates what appears to be a hostile work environment. The manager’s attitude was rude, aggressive, and inappropriate. I felt uncomfortable witnessing how employees were treated and felt sympathy for those working under her supervision. As a valued customer, this is disappointing to observe, and it raises concerns about workplace culture and management conduct. I believe the manager goes by the name Sapphire.

  This Dunkin used to be good. Not anymore. If you expect your sandwich to be assembled by a toddler, come here. If you expect your order to be wrong, come here. If you want slow service come here. Just go to any other Dunkin. I used to go here 3 or 4 times a week for lunch. Egg/cheese on a plain bagel is such a hard order for them to get right it's incredible. I don't go here anymore, it's not worth it.
