  Chipotle food is always solid, but this location is terrible. Poorly trained employees, very unprofessional, and horrible experience. Made me cringe.

  First, the restaurant was filthy: dirty floors, dirty glass above food, dirty tables, trash overflowing. Second, slow service, only one person preparing meals, who also had to do checkout. Third, food containers had dried food on them from who-knows-how-long ago. Everything looked like it was old leftovers despite my trip time being about 2pm. I watched someone take the temperature of the food in the wells (good) but it was a giant fail as the first thing I noticed when biting into my burrito was how cool the chicken was. It was definitely NOT up to temp, a major red flag for getting food poisoning. Lastly, the chicken was burnt.

  Hoy 12/28/25 al rededor 12:50 fui a chipotle porque soy muy fan de chipotle, pero me llevé una decepción muy grande de ver como las chicas que estaban trabajando en ese tiempo, una estaba hablando por teléfono, y después de que terminó de hablar por teléfono no se cambió los juanetes, porque al principio estaba hablando con los juanetes, y me dio un poco de asco ver eso, y la otra tipa que estaba alado, se agarraba los pantalones, y se los los subías se tocaba el estómago y se subía los pantalones, osea ver eso, y ver cómo tocaba las tortillas para el burrito, omg fue asqueroso ver eso. No les recomiendo esta tienda, es mejor tal vez las otras tienda de chipotle que están alrededor, porque que mal este tienda todo, los empleados pocos profesionales en lo higiene.

  I just came from there and all I can say is eww. It’s 7:30pm on a Saturday and My chicken was so chewy. I’m not even picky so for me to say this is shocking. I had to make this review because that’s actually gross. I almost checked to see if it was fully cooked it was that bad. I was pulling pieces out after every bite. Please do better. I stopped going to the Manchester one because everyone knows they are always out of items so I was excited to try this one but no way will I return. The Glastonbury one is superior and is always hot, fresh and not chewy meat.

  This was an absolute waste of time and it was truly unacceptable the service that I received. Would not recommend going to get food at this location sadly. I genuinely hope they get better management and customer service.
