Back in 2010, we started with one baker, four baristas, and a mission – to give our hometown a great bakery, and make the greatest products we possibly could. We wanted to attach Hartford’s name to something superlative and create something the community would be proud of.
Our philosophy is simple: we use the finest flours, quality butter, and European chocolates we can get our hands on. During the growing season, the selection in our pastry case is determined not by our bakers, but by the local farms we partner with for their amazing fruits and vegetables.
We are an artisan bakery cafe with awesome coffee, sandwiches, salads, pastry, and of course, bread!
