Food orders are sloppy or incorrect, customer service is generally mediocre, and this location will charge you over a dollar for a cup of ice water. Only good thing about this location is it’s generally quiet with no line….

I feel bad but they are ALWAYS rude. I don’t know why everytime I go the customer service is below standard. I’d understand if I was being rude but there would be times I’d tip and they still would take it and be mean. You will say “have a nice day!” And they will just close the window.
