Upon arriving, they didn't have our order prepared and told us to go to another store instead. We called corporate who said we were in the right place and that they would comp a tray of cookies for the hassle. So we had to leave the party to go back an hour later to get the trays of subs and the worker gives us two cookies instead of a tray. So this branch has now lost our business.
