  Who ever is running the night shift for the grocery pick up is definitely screwing around my order was suppose to be ready by 7pm I didnt receive it till 8:30pm the store wasnt busy. When he came out I expected maybe difficult items it was paper towels,toilet paper and water. That took him an hour & half to find. Many drivers came and canceled they were also told the same you have long wait we are still shopping.

  This whole staff, is absolutely a wonderful part of this Stop & Shop. Each and every employer makes it a point to be caring, concerned and they all smile. ☺️ That's why I love shopping here plus calling them by their name and always complimenting them. Vikki is a Doll Baby! Professional enough to run that whole store! Recognize her abilities. Thank you.

  I’m not sure what to say to this, it looks like a bear tore through all of the deli meat I bought, I’ve worked in deli and this seemed almost deliberate to me, furthermore, my mom gets her groceries at this stop and shop through Instacart and the one time they were too understaffed to take her groceries out (which she wasn’t made aware of and had to go inside and go on a wild goose chase to find this out herself) the woman working in customer service was quite rude to her and were acting like she was supposed to just magically know all of this was going on. My mom buys most of her groceries from you guys. I buy most of mine from the grocery store I work at (for a multitude of reasons that have piled up such as this). I much prefer the Stop and Shop in Granby. Everyone there is much nicer and more professional.
