- ABAna BanksNov 12, 20251.0I’m not sure what to say to this, it looks like a bear tore through all of the deli meat I bought, I’ve worked in deli and this seemed almost deliberate to me, furthermore, my mom gets her groceries at this stop and shop through Instacart and the one time they were too understaffed to take her groceries out (which she wasn’t made aware of and had to go inside and go on a wild goose chase to find this out herself) the woman working in customer service was quite rude to her and were acting like she was supposed to just magically know all of this was going on. My mom buys most of her groceries from you guys. I buy most of mine from the grocery store I work at (for a multitude of reasons that have piled up such as this). I much prefer the Stop and Shop in Granby. Everyone there is much nicer and more professional.

Went to eat it just a few hours later and both were inedible, SO stole a fork couldn’t even go through it and tasted like plastic. Must have been sitting in the case for many days. Well a sign posted on the door outside the bottle room door says permanently closed along with a trash can right up to the door blocking and then a little sign on the right hand side reading for better and faster service scan the QR code using your mobile device? No thanks & oh yeah what I’m not a fan of is that alien robot following me and others around the store while trying to shop. Awkward feature invented but sadly there is no way around it so it is what it is I guess but still going to shop for odds and ends I need in grocery items.
