Was told by the rude and smirking male employee that they are all out of hot coffee as rhey just stood there killing time doing nothing. I get not wanting those last customers. As a district manager to a restaurant I understand that but 20 minutes til closing is pure laziness. Was a regular here but will not return. Whoever owns this franchise may want to consider who they have closing their restaurant because the staff on tonight should not have jobs.
