On top of that I got my order wrong and when I asked to just get the cream cheese on the side the manager said they weren’t able to do that when it was THEIR mistake, to then 2 min later the manager came out and gave me a side of cream cheese with such an attitude. Never coming back here. They’re so rude for no absolute reason. The manager has an attitude with everyone and treats their employees poorly.

I went there to order a coffee they’re not happy, and have customers service skills at 6 o’clock in the morning. There’s no person out there. Need to deal with this at 6 o’clock in the morning as far as customers, especially the dude with the tattoos in his hand. If you don’t need the job fired him I promise you you’ll find someone out there better than that and management picked the right people for the job. It’s only Dunkin’ Donuts for God sake. Company need to start looking for the right people for the job
