  This is the third time I walk in this location during peak hours and they dont have steak. The crew all looks bummed out to be there and the person on the grill is cooking more chicken even though there's already 2 full trays. Im so disappointed that this franchise has gone so downhill because the food tastes great! Pay your employees more or something. The way things are, I would rather give my money to pancheros across the street. Their crew is always happy to serve and they're never out of ingredients. Plus it's waaayyy cleaner too.

  Everytime I go here the workers are lost and are always out of something like how are you out of rice and chicken? Then I see them making a order with the exact ingredient I wanted

  I had a very disappointing experience at this Chipotle location. The restaurant was extremely dirty — tables were not cleaned, the floor looked neglected, and the overall atmosphere felt unsanitary. Even the grill area looked dirty and poorly maintained, which is very concerning in a place that prepares food right in front of customers. The food quality was also very poor. The ingredients did not taste fresh, and the meal was not prepared with care. For the price you pay, I expected much better quality and consistency. On top of that, the customer service was unprofessional and unfriendly. The staff seemed uninterested and lacked basic courtesy, which made the experience even worse. I usually enjoy Chipotle, but this visit was unacceptable. I hope management takes this seriously and improves cleanliness, food quality, and customer service.

  really nice staff and fairly priced! we had a bad experience in the monroe location where they gave us attitude and charged us 3x what they should. we will def be making this our main chipotle!
