  Cheerful atmosphere with a relaxed vibe. Counter service with self service for fountain drinks. Food was fresh and delicious. I had the grilled chicken bowl with arugula, hummus, tzatziki sauce, brown rice, tomatoes, and pickled onions with a balsamic vinegerette. The sour cream and onion pita chips were delicious.

  We love CAVA! Clean and fresh with vegan options! Checks all of the boxes! On our most recent visit before our wedding ceremony we stopped in for a quick bite. Bri was so kind and helpful and was so generous wishing us an amazing wedding day! Great customer service and was a big help in guiding us on what to choose. Thank you so much for helping our big day run smoothly. 🙏🏽✨️

  Customer service here is consistently poor. After paying, employees often do not hand me my bowl and I have to reach over the counter to grab it myself. At times, I also have to ask for a bag instead of it being offered. Staff are not pleasant, and they sometimes walk away mid order while preparing food. On one occasion, I told the person who was supposed to be the manager that the employees’ customer service skills are weak. The environment feels disorganized, and it appears that all staff need to be in serviced on basic customer service expectations. The manager is frequently redirecting employees, which suggests ongoing operational issues. Overall, the experience is frustrating and unprofessional. Customer service training is clearly needed.
