  Deli is the best employee! He helped us out so much and made our experience excellent! It was a pleasure to be served by him! The whole staff was excellent and helpful as well!

  The food at Cava in Shelton was fresh, tasted good, and the service was quick. Cava’s menu provides a plentiful variety of protein choices, vegetables, and mix-ins. Cava is a great option for a quick meal (takeout or dine-in) that is also healthy and enjoyable, and it is conveniently-located in the Fountain Square shopping center on Bridgeport Avenue in Shelton. The guy who served me (his name is Deli) was professional, knowledgable about the menu, and efficient.

  It was my first time at Cava, Woodley and Kendal made our experience AMAZING! We had no idea how or what to order but they made recommendations and everything was delicious. This is our new spot!❤️

  kendal was so nice! she filled my bowl all the way and was funny too! she was so informative about the different ingredients and was so patient with me since this was my first time trying cava. definitely will be back! thank you kendal! :p

  Came here for the first time and the staff was so patient and helpful with walking me through the ordering process. The ability to customize my bowl with unlimited toppings is amazing. The food is bomb—fresh, flavorful, and great portion sizes. It’s like a healthier, elevated version of Chipotle. I’ll definitely be making this a regular spot."
