  My first review, came here 3 times in one week, each time was some of the worst service and food i’ve ever experienced in my life, i wouldn’t bring my dog here, someone has to be fired, they must hire from popeyes

  Stopped in last Thursday around 10:30. Staff was rude when seating us. Sat for thirty minutes waiting for a server to even greet us. Was then told by staff they needed a new notebook then they’d come right back yet we watched the server go directly to another table after returning. We left immediately after seeing her return. No idea why they are open so late if none of their staff wants to be there. Awful service. Went to McDonald’s across the street and had a way better time. Will not be returning.

  Our server Kenny was great. Couldn't ask for better service but some of the food was cold and wasn't very good. The place was half empty so I know it wasn't because they were really busy.

  Due to this being one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had, I felt it was worth taking the time to share. We went to Buffalo Wild Wings at the request of my 7-year-old daughter for her birthday, hoping for a fun and easy night out. After being seated, it took quite a while for our waitress to come over. We understood it was busy, so no issue there. To help things along, we ordered both drinks and food as soon as she arrived. Unfortunately, it then took about 30 minutes just to receive two simple drinks—a beer and a cider. As we waited, our drinks sat empty, and no one came back to check on us or offer refills, including for our kids. After 1 hour and 50 minutes, a different waitress brought out three plates—all incorrect—and we didn’t even have utensils. We sent the food back to be fixed, but it never returned. At that point, we made the best of a bad situation and let our daughter eat what little she had (a couple of chicken tenders) so her birthday wasn’t a complete disappointment. We notified the manager that we just wanted to leave and cut our losses. After more than two hours, my wife and I had one drink each, and our daughter had two chicken tenders for her birthday. Overall, the service and experience were extremely disappointing and far below what should be expected. Potentially the worst establishment in Shelton.

  Service at the bar when the male is working is terrible. Have to beg and remind and ask for the most basic things like drink has been empty 20 min. Finally got food but in all that time he couldn’t manage to bring silverware, something missing from your order, get ready to wait half an hr while still not getting a drink. And THEN, we tried the delivery. After TWO HOURS our driver informed us he still hadn’t gotten our food. 20 min with 2 different people on hold later, they said they never made the food. Not one other location in the US have I ever encountered such a consistently horribly ran BWW. The poor delivery guys had been sitting there this whole time. I’m a patient enough person which is proven by the fact that I wanted 2 hrs before I called but there’s no other way to say it. THIS PLACE SHOULD NOT BE OPEN. Idk if it’s corporate or a franchise but I would LOVE to know who is ultimately responsible for this location. It’s been open long enough now that it’s not a getting the hang of things problem. This is incompetence on a level that almost has to be strived for. Not one time, EVERY TIME. Shame on me for continuing to try. Won’t happen again.
