  mcdonalds has gotten way too expensive to be serving stale food that sat under a heat lamp for god knows how long. if its not busy, dont even bother w. this location.

  Don’t bother using the mobile app to order. I tried to order breakfast thru the app, waited 20 minutes in the drive thru line, and then was handed the wrong order. The cashier at the window asked me to pull into waiting spot 1, but never asked what my order was… after waiting 5 minutes, I walked inside to see how it was going. I walk inside to see that they forgot about me and my order entirely. After getting their attention, and verbally telling them my order, they finally start making it. I notice them making it wrong, so in an attempt to help, I pull up the order on the app on my phone for them to read, and make the order accurately. For some reason. They refused to even look at my phone and I witnessed them attempt to make my order, INCORRECTLY, 3 more times. (Sausage instead of bacon).At this point I’m frustrated and repeatedly ask them to please, just look at my phone and read the order… they refuse and finally decide to issue me a refund instead. At this point, it had been 30 minutes since I pulled into the drive thru and was now walking away empty handed and late to an appointment, because they gave my order to the wrong person and then refused to read my order to ensure accuracy. I will not be returning to this location. I can’t rate the quality of the food because I never received any.

  I ordered the RANCH snack wraps meal and they gave me spicy. They were staring at me laughing as they gave me my order so I thought nothing of it at first but I can see why they were laughing. Now I have a health issue where I can NOT have anything spicy hence me ordering the ranch (which does suck bc I do miss spicy) . I told them I had ordered ranch and I had gotten the wrong ones (mind you I was being very cool about the whole ordeal bc I understand mistakes can happen) HOWEVER- once the chicks at the window started making fun of me in Spanish- mind you I speak Spanish- what they were saying is completely RUDE of them and they need to reevaluate themselves. I will NEVER come here again and neither will my friends or family. Disgusting behavior and disgusting management for allowing this.

  Ordered 2 happy meals supposed to come with extra fry per way I ordered it came with 1 fry and not even apples no barbecue sauce for nuggets and no straws for drinks tried to call 3 times no one answered
