I pulled into the drive thru, behind 2 other cars, and we all proceeded to wait for 10 minutes before someone came out and said the drive thru computers were down, and that I’d have to come inside to order. At this point, I’m not able to back out of the lane, and I’m stuck behind the cars who ordered before their food computer went down. I was stuck in the lane for another 10 minutes before they had finished those 2 or 3 orders. I was then able to go into the lobby to place an order where I brought this up, and nobody apologized that I had waited out there. I shouldn’t have even went in to order but I was hungry. I was due into work at 6:30 but did not arrive until 6:40 because of this. Luckily my employer was understanding.

If they dont care about the customers that much what makes you think they dont do anything to the food that they serve you? I would not recommend this place at all. How can they act so negatively to the customers that keep them in business? So disgusting
