I work nights, whenever I stop here even around 10pm the employees huff and puff with an attitude on the drive thru when I order food sometimes they flat out say they only have donuts and regular coffee. I think how can they be 24hrs without most of the menu. Seems like they dont like to serve customers. During the day it's a hit or miss, lately I've been driving to the Dunkin near Oxford they have much better customer service

The customer service is extremely poor: the staff is often rude, impatient, and unprofessional. On more than one occasion, they didn’t take the order correctly, and on top of that, they spoke in a harsh and disrespectful way, as if customers were an inconvenience. This is not an isolated incident — it’s a consistent pattern of bad service. It’s frustrating to come back hoping things will improve and realize that nothing ever changes. As long as the service remains like this, I do not recommend this location.
