    like everyone else has said here this is probably the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve been to of all time. When it’s not a rush, it still takes about 10 minutes to get your food even if it’s just a sandwich. When there’s only about five cars in line, Expect to sit there for 10 minutes before you can even put an order in. then at least another 15 minutes before you get your food. it is absolutely the slowest serving DD I have ever been to.

    This review is broader then just one visit to this location everytime I have gone either my order gets messed up and I have to turn around to the quality of their product is terrible I do not recommend this location at all.

    Drive the 5 mins to another Dunkin. The Salem location is terrible. Staff changes weekly, food is ALWAYS wrong.

    The service is good, it gets really busy in the mornings, but the staff does their best and has a cheery disposition. I am a regular at this location and love the personal touches! ❤️☕️
