- TTTabithaDec 20, 20251.0I went to the drive through the other day daughter and her friend and they were all very polite and silent while the other one was ordering. The headset cut out while we were ordering and we could not hear the lady taking our order. When it came back on she said “PULL UP” In a weird tone of voice but we just thought she was raging because of the microphone issues. When we did pull up they didn’t give us the bagel we asked for and they left cheese on the bagel we asked for no cheese on! Of course I understand the headset was not working so we didn’t complain and just fixed the issue ourselves. I wasn’t even going to right this review but while we where driving away the young man at the window gave my daughters friend an EXTREMELY VULGAR hand gesture! He flipped her off! He flipped a 10 year old off! I just thought this was absolutely ridiculous!

When it’s not a rush, it still takes about 10 minutes to get your food even if it’s just a sandwich. When there’s only about five cars in line, Expect to sit there for 10 minutes before you can even put an order in. then at least another 15 minutes before you get your food. it is absolutely the slowest serving DD I have ever been to.
