  Service was abysmal. Stopped in here for a quick bite on my drive to Marblehead for a weekend getaway. We were seated and I quickly went to the bathroom, came back to table and watched as table behind us that was seated 5 minutes after us get served drinks and had order taken. Sat and waited, no one came to us. Got up asked host if anyone was going to serve us? Should have walked out but waited 3 more minutes and a waiter came took our order while table behind us was getting apps. Other tables were seated other wait staff working there tables. Were quickly serving them (Let me tell you it sounds busy but it wasn’t there were more kids that worked there walking around aimlessly) Timed the waiter and 7 minutes till our drinks (2 ice teas) arrived. Looking around to see our waiter in the kitchen area pressing tortillas, and yapping with a line guy who we saw also waited on tables. No one came and checked on us. Once. Finally 40 minutes since arriving, being seated, getting drinks and having order taken food arrives. Steak asada is more grilled vegetables than steak and rice, and overloaded with salt. Wives burrito is huge and only took a few bites to fill her. Sat waiting for someone to clear our plates. No eye contact from any employees to get attention to ask for our waiter. Waiter finally shows up asks if we want a box and we said no just the check. Someone finally Clears our plates and the waiter quickly comes back and drops the check and disappears to the kitchen again. Put cash in the check holder and wait for 10 minutes til finally when I said to a passing waitress, could she please cash us out. She asks who our waiter was and says she will get the check to him. 7 minutes later he arrives with my change. No management to be seen. Never once checked on by waiter or any waitstaff. Abysmal. This is our last time every going to any On the Border establishment. If you think you would like a bite to eat here, save yourself and don’t go here.

  We had our unit holiday party here last night and had the BEST time!!! Pricing was so reasonable, food was great, and the service was top notch! Can’t wait to host another event here.

  Service was delightful and the server was polite and very attentive food came out quick and was very flavorful.

  No wonder why there are closing stores all over. Horrible tasting food. How do you screw up chips and salsa? Stale and zero tase that's how! I had the fajitas; the meat was tough and grainy. The veggies tasted spoiled or sour. Left the meal, paid the bill and promised to myself I'll never be back.
