  The reason I give this whole store a one-star everything else is 5 stars is because the franchisee of this Dunkin' does not allow his people to accept tips or they will be fired. Or reprimanded in some way. You are a service industry and anybody that works for the public should be allowed to take tips legally without franchisee approval . If I tip a person at Dunkin, it's because THAT PERSON did a good job. If someone gets more tips than others, then that should tell you something. But the franchisee should really think about allowing tips for his associates that he has working for him. Living a high end life style while not allowing tips for people under you is not a good look on the business itself. The workers here are amazing. The franchisee needs a different job or learn how to give incentives to your workers . If you take tips away you should be finding a different way for your good workers to get a little extra money wether by winning a grab bag or something. Business must not be the franchisees strong suit. This most assuredly got me real upset seeing people work for the public be given my tip back and state, we cannot accept tips. That was all she said for me to write this review. Bad look if he or she even cares . Surprisingly these people still work here cuz I sure as hell wouldn't. And you maybe see why people are having bad experiences here. Give your employees incentives and watch productivity heighten. Give them nothing but minimum wage, and watch more reviews come in like the ones you see below me

  I needed a quick bight and did not want any other fast food in the area. I got a small coffee, grilled cheese and hash browns. The ladies who took the order and cashed me out were polite and kind. After I drove away and began to eat my sandwich, I felt something tough in my mouth and realized it was paper. I can get over the bad coffeee but paper in my sandwich as Im driving… Im lucky I didn't choke ! I will NEVER go here again. CHECK YOUR FOOD PATRONS!

  Reluctant and resentful, inner-city unemployees that gossip about customers, when all you are doing is peacefully waiting for a pickup order. Bring back friendly local employees; it makes for a more pleasant atmosphere that encourages repeat business.
