  Recently, I had visited Dunkin with my family and it had been one of the best experiences I’ve had. I’ve been here couple of times but Nithya legitimately takes the cake for best employee there. We had ordered a lot of things but she took it into careful consideration and made sure we got everything all ready to go. To the administration of Rocky Hill Dunkin Donuts, give the girl a raise. She works too hard and deserves it. Thank you Nithya.

  Yesterday 3/13 I visited this DD for a coffee and donut. To start, the girl gave me 35 cents change back from my payment instead of the 92 cents correct change. It doesn't get much easier than the computer spelling out the correct change due to the customer. Then, as I was counting out the correct change returned to me the server with glasses and headset on in a very nasty tone said "can you move?" Startled, I looked at her and said " I didn't hear you". She then snapped "I asked you to move!" Again, I said that I did not hear her. Why she asked me to move? I don't know. There was plenty of room at the counter. She did not have to speak to any customer in that tone. I asked to speak to the Manager and was told one was not there. I then asked this girl for her name and she flatly said "I'm not giving it to you". Rather than continue with this immaturity and negativity I walked out of the store. Finally, when I went to eat my donut I found a hard stale old fashion donut. I took two bites and the birds ate the rest. The treatment I received from this twirp was unacceptable and uncalled for. What kind of people hire servers like this? There is something wrong with Management that allows this incompetent and nasty behavior. Don't they realize that these disrespectful people are hurting their businesses? Leaving kids to run a store without an overseer is the first mistake. I am old enough to be this apparently troubled girl's grandmother. If it was another day in my life she would have ended up crying. The question is who allows these brats to act like this?? Part of me also thinks that the wrong change was given to me in hopes that I would not count it . That was too big of a difference to be a mistake.That's the oldest trick in the book. There are a lot of dummies out there and this DD has found one.

  The worker at Dunkin’ Donuts was very kind. The service was very fast overall I’m pretty happy. The worker is named Karolina I liked her attitude and felt very welcomed awesome experience

  I ordered a mango pineapple refresher. It was delicious. A worker named Karolina was very kind and nice. Had a good customer service and I was very satisfied with My order.
