She was rude about it too, rolling her eyes and giving us attitude the whole time. She wouldn’t even let me buy the Grinch salt separately—I literally had to buy another whole thing of fries just to get it. It was super frustrating, especially because McDonald’s franchise rules say they’re supposed to provide sauces or toppings customers need with their order, but instead she made the whole situation harder for no reason. There are many bad reviews about the customer service in this location. Especially with certain workers that have been there for a long time. One specific lady was super rude and was mean. I just wanted a packet of dill pickle flavored salt. Unbelievable. I will never return again. If she doesn’t want to give us grinch salt, maybe she is the real grinch. McDonald, fix this immediately. Thank you. (I love your blue drinks btw)
