The ones behind the service desk are even worse . I know people have bad days but....not EVERYDAY! Are these people managers? I've shopped at at least 7 different S&S 's in the state and they all had friendly managers and employees. This store is never very clean. The ceiling tiles look like they are ready to fall. They keep discontinuing items and bring in something totaling different. And whatever happened to that lovely friendly gal Joey who worked in self checkout. That area was always immaculate. Now the scanners are so filthy you have keep going over it for it to catch the price! Wherever you sent her, bring her back! She's the only reason I shopped there. At least she was friendly and always helpful. Joey was an angel to all the senior citizens who shopped there!

This morning I was the only one and it still took an additional 15 mins. I also called to ensure they had me checked in and could not hear the individual picking up the line. After long waits I sometimes have walked inside to find nobody manning the pickup area.
