Today, I decided to write a review because of the empathy and honesty during a difficult time. I placed an order yesterday for my daughter’s birthday party and paid for it ahead of time. Unfortunately, my daughter got very sick overnight and I had to cancel the party. I walked into Genoa as soon as they opened to cancel the order. Louie was behind the counter. I explained the situation and he immediately refunded me my money. Thank you for being so understanding and gracious. We will be back as usual.
