  This was the worst experience I have ever had. I placed a mobile order when I went to pick it up they said it wasn't in the system. I asked if I could show them the app to see my order and that I already paid. They said no nothing they can do. I then stated I wanted my money back. They said no call customer service. So I parked in a mobile order spot and called. 5 mins later as I'm on the phone a worker comes out and says well now I'm not giving you your food since you got your money back. Luckily I still had customer service on my Bluetooth. I said can you please tell him you haven't refunded me as I'd like my food. He said NO with customer service on the phone listening to him. He then stared "nobody told you to call we told you to pull into a spot". I called him out for lying. Why would I want to take extra time to call customer service when I could have just gotten my food. The lady told him she hadn't refunded me and I again asked him to hand me my food. He said ya know what I don't have time to deal with this bullshit as he's screaming at me and here was half in my car window. Luckily customer service was on the phone still and amazing. She said she was still going to refund me and apologized. This employee made me so uncomfortable while being extremely rude.

  This Wendy's literally has such a great staff. Theyre very friendly and funny. I wasnt having the best day, and they definitely brightened it up.Food was good correct and fresh as well which is def more than you can say for most fast food places.

  Over the summer is topped here to grab a quick meal on a very hot day. My ac did not work and I saw that there was people inside eating si I went in to cool off and eat. I walked to the counter and washing stared at by someone in the back stuffing there face chatting along side of two other people, leaving one girl alone doing drive through. Every person watched me stand there and wait, after 10 mins of me sitting there the girl from around the corner with her mouth stuffed full of food and said "Inside is closed. drive through only" in a very rude tone. Crazy tho because there were maybe 2-3 tables with families that were eating their food, door unlocked, no sign? At that point I just asked if I could only get a cup or maybe a water or something so I could drive somewhere else to sit down and eat in the cool. She refused to even give me a drink. I just dint understand she spent more time arguing and being rude than it would've just taken me to get the water and get out. Some other people would like to eat too. You should treat all people with respect especially paying customers.

  My primary issue is that Nicole (front counter) was great and grill seemed to be doing his job but key holder and another employee were eating in front of guests while busy (from my time in fast food you don't schedule two employees on break at the same time), drive through (who stated when I went through the drive through that their part of the system was frozen) was not helping and just standing at the window on their phone and another employee appeared half way through my 20 minute wait for my food and started just chatting with the drive through. I've worked roles in fast food from guest associate all the way through regional manager and while this store is clean as can be the employee response to pops seems to be non-existent and even when asked for help the key holder (assumption based on ask) prefered to yell instructions from where he was eating instead of going to help with the issue the associate was having. Overall super disappointing experience and will have me driving to Willamantic (equal distance for me) instead of going to this store again.
