I politely asked for it to be remade, but osamas wife prepared the second drink only halfway, which felt dismissive and unprofessional. When I calmly asked if they could please add more coffee, I was told by Osama himself there would be an additional charge. It seemed clear that my request wasn’t being taken seriously, and the interaction felt unnecessarily embarrassing in front of other customers. I’m not confident that raising the issue with the location will lead to much, but I do plan to share this negative experience with Dunkin’s corporate team. I rarely visit Dunkin’ because the prices are already high, and with that pricing, you’d expect better quality and customer service. After this visit, I’m not sure I’ll be returning to any Dunkin’ location.

Please talk to your staff....I said the" receipt didnt match what I got".....The attitude was unnecessary when YOU are WRONG!!!

But the amount of times i got something wrong is ridiculous. From my burnt coffee to not adding the correct items or forgetting something on my sandwich. 5 times.
