Thanks a lot. Every time i come in the afternoon/night it’s ALWAYS bad. I don’t even know why i try with yall anymore. Your workers are all miserable and rude, and they can’t even let a customer know that they don’t have enough cold brew for a medium JUST so they can make a sale. Never will i tip yall again. stg.

It’s a manager who works Thursdays at 6am 1/29/26. The opening shift is completely miserable and lacks personality and customer service skills. I would highly recommend having her retrained. I felt as if I was inconveniencing her

I wanted to buy at least a doughnut and she told me that they had nothing and wouldn't even let me use the bathroom and the restaurant was still open. It was horrible.
