- GKgia khalsaNov 19, 20255.0The subway in Portland, Connecticut is pretty much the only good subway in my whole area. Subway used to be the best fast food place, but they have all gone downhill. And this one in Portland is great because all the vegetables are fresh. The people that work there are not only friendly, but are very helpful and genuine. And no other subways are this good. This has been a long-standing subway and I come here as often as I can.

Friendly & chatty while making our orders & keeping my 4yo entertained too. You don’t find many people who can multitask like this anymore. He is a gem. We’ll be back to this location to support him!
