- JPJess PNov 9, 20253.0Ordered through the app and pulled through the drive thru. There were no cars in the lot and one person in drive thru. Orders weren't complicated. Gave me an everything bagel sandwich instead of croissant. It clearly says croissant on the bag. Mistakes happen I know and I worked at a Dunkin when I was 18 but I mean.. c'mon now. Have a little care. It's not like they were overrun with customers or something. I'm not sure how they messed it up other than just a lack of caring. This is my lil Sunday treat and it's not really a great treat when I get a sandwich I find to be considerably less enjoyable. Coffee was good at least. Please pay more attention to what you're doing. Girl at the window seemed confused about whether it was a mobile order, then had the wrong order number and was confused about whether we were waiting for more after getting coffees. I don't eat out much and this will honestly probably cause me to choose a different location, possibly even a non-Dunkin, in the future.

His name is My Ndee and we said it at the window and the lady said we were corny, even though that was his name. It was very rude then we got to the window and the lady threatened us with “reporting us” (to whom I’m not sure) that we weren’t allowed to ever come back. Not sure what is going on here.
