    Great Dairy Queen location – so happy to have one nearby! I recently moved to Cobalt and was thrilled to find out there’s a Dairy Queen just 5 minutes from my house. When I lived in Hartford, the closest one was about 20 minutes away, so this is a big win. The store is spacious, clean, well organized, and very inviting. We stopped by after a trip to pick up treats for myself, my husband, and our guests. As always, Blizzard treats are a hit and instantly make everyone happy. If I had one small suggestion to make it perfect, it would be to enjoy the filling throughout the Blizzard, not just at the very end. We arrived close to closing time for inside pickup (around 9:15 pm, with the lobby closing at 9:30 pm). I initially thought it closed at 10:00 pm based on Google, but that’s actually for the drive-thru. Even so, we were welcomed, treated kindly, and had a great experience. I’m very happy to have this as our new local Dairy Queen and will definitely be back — and bringing more people with me.

    The inside of the establishment was VERY CLEAN. Definitely above standard from my perspective. The gentleman Jake was very knowledgeable about the Dairy Queen products. He didn’t get frustrated when I asked about a flavor that wasn’t available until a certain time period. I would use this place as or even Jake as the standard across the board.

    We ordered ice cream and burgers. The staff made over 5 errors between 6 items! They also forgot to stir the dip prior to placing on the cone. We ate here at 256 pm with zero line. They also forgot the drink cup with the meal! Manager needs to take on an active role in providing quality products to the costumer.

    Very clean and friendly staff. Food and ice cream was delicious and there is a lot of seating both inside and outside. It was incredibly nice to interact with the cashiers and have them be in a good mood, smiling. I hope management treats them well, as it was such a nice visit!
