  I came in on a Monday to go have Arbys with my family, I was met by this rude old big man and who was unhelpful when I was trying to understand the menu. He made me it feel like he didn’t care and wanted to just get it over with. Will not be coming back

  Only reason I gave a 3 for atmosphere was because I went through drive through, but I've always gotten good food and good service.

  I'm leaving this as a helpful comment, The food and people are great with that said the fish sandwich is good mostly lately it's over cooked and sometimes they cook to many in advance when cooked right it's a great sandwich, this year it's a gamble I went in and saw them make the fish with a tray of stacked precooked dried out fish and it sucked, today I received 1 fish flat and dry and 1 that was fresh, I understand the need to cook ahead but with that plan you need to toss the obvious dried out fish don't serve the played out fish. Thanks

  I went through the drive thru, specifically asked about the almost $4 apple turnovers that I bought two of, the tall big dude in the drive thru assured me they were in the boxes. Get home no Apple turn overs. Any other day I’d take the hit but I went to get a sweet treat on the first day of my period. Not cool. If you’re too lazy to make them say they aren’t available but don’t charge me almost $8 for two of them just to not give them to me and lie straight to my face about it. Keep the short kid that works the drive thru at night but fire the jolly green giant who lies. No wonder I didn’t get a receipt with my order…
