  Okay, I believe in giving people a second chance. I went to this Wendy's in Plainville requested fresh hot food as I was gonna be traveling and wanted it to stand a chance of at least being semi warm, although I wasn't going very far only within a mile upon bringing lunch to someone that requested it, it was absolutely nasty. The nuggets look like they refried them to heat them up. The Junior bacon burger looked like that had been sitting out and rewarmed. It was so overdried that the person refused to eat any of it and pretty much had Coke for It was a 6 biggie bag.I understand 6.00 isn't a lot But when you don't have much money and you've chosen somewhere to eat as your only meal for the day you would like it to be semi enjoyable, needless to say, the whole meal was a waste of $7.51. Basically, the person only got to have the Coke for their lunch absolutely. Disgusting They should take more pride and time in serving their food. I Advise them. I would even wait a few minutes to get fresh hot food. And they told me upon giving me the bag, which was all full of grease on the outside they reassured me that everything was fresh and hot and me, instead of checking it gave them the benefit of the doubt. Well, 2 strikes you're out and I will not be returning again and I hope other people do not go to your restaurant as well. And perhaps then you'll take people's money. More seriously as to how they spend it. RUN FROM THIS PLACE ....

  I had an offer for a free frosty for my birthday. I tried to redeem it in restaurant. She scanned my code, said it didn't work, and didn't give me anything. After that my code was gone like I redeemed it. I tried to tell her that she redeemed my code without giving me anything and she just stood there staring at me blank faced and did nothing. This Wendy's stole my reward and didn't give me anything. Now I can't even redeem the offer at a different Wendy's location. THIS LOCATION SUCKS.

  problems. 1 no chocolate frosty 2. Being handicap access is terrible. Door too hard to open. 3. Only mustard packets packets If I was alone I could not get in. Either way not having mustard put on my sandwich is why I hesitate to eat at any Wendy's.

  This place is just barely making it. People in line waiting like 10 minutes for their food while drive thru is being served, no napkins or lids for cups, garbage bins over flowing. I was here 6 months ago and it was like this so i thought id give it another try and they were actually worse. I bet if Dave the founder was around still this wouldnt be happening, he nust be rolling over in his grave.
