  Worst ever Dunkin Donuts, I’ve ever been to. I bought a half box of donuts and a medium coffee on the evening of Saturday January 3rd 2026 with a $15 Dunkin Donuts gift card. When I got home , I realized that the donuts were stale when 3 of my children ate parts of 3 donuts. I discarded the donuts that were partially eaten & returned to the store with the remaining 3 uneaten donuts at approximately 1pm the next day. All I wanted was to replace the three remaining donuts but the supervisor who said her name was Michaela was extremely rude,unhelpful and condescending. She didn’t even allow me to fully explain the situation before she cut me off by saying that she couldn’t do anything without a receipt. I tried to explain to her that I had used a gift card and that the remaining credit on the gift card would show how much I had spent and I also suggested that she checked the cctv footage to verify my claim. She wasn’t interested and blew me off. I went to my car to retrieve the gift card and when I returned, another employee (Gary or Gavin) was there, I asked him to call Michaela but Gary returned and basically informed me that she said she was too busy(to deal with a customer with a grievance). Horrible customer service and employees with terrible attitudes.

  Not a welcoming place at all. They make mistakes constantly and get upset with the customer, instead of apologizing. I had to go back for my coffee that was made terrible and then again on the same day because they forgot my muffin.

  More staff needed in evening! I wish more places would greet customers with a welcoming attitude. Notification of some greeting to acknowledge customers is lacking!!!

  Ordered XL tea and was being given a small coffee, also given snack wraps with bacon and I don’t eat bacon nor did I order snack wraps. I ordered egg and cheese on a croissant. Realized the mistake with the food when I was 20 minutes away and reached into the bag for it. Tried calling the store but the phone doesn’t work. Had to throw out my food. Came to the store the very next morning and came inside instead of using the drive thru and complain about the issue with my order the previous day and the people here (2 of them were here yesterday including the one who gave me my order yesterday) and none of the 4 people working could give 2 craps about my order being correct. No apology, no effort to own up to the mistakes. Just “can I get your order” unbelievable. It’s not the first time this is happening either. I can guarantee they’ll get my tea wrong 3-4 days a week. But I’m not a complainer and now their attitude just made me upset over the issue.

  I am impressed by Jordan and Deanna’s pleasant attitudes. It is so nice to walk into a Dunkin Donuts shop and be greeted by a smile and be treated like a guest. Refreshing in these days of negativity…
