  I stopped by yesterday and they're was poop on the toilet, toilet seat, floor, and trash can. I replete out to a very young girl behind the counter. You could tell she did not care. I came by this morning and the human waste was still there. No one had cleaned it since yesterday or b4.

  The $5 special with the tiny wrap is so not worth It. Why cant u have 2 specials or bring back the $6 back.

  visited Dunkin’ on the 12th of this month at around 11:45 AM. I placed my order, which included hash browns. When I received them, they looked old, not fresh at all, very dry, cold, and as if they had been forgotten in the oven. I told the employee who handed me the order and asked if she could replace the hash browns. She asked what the problem was, and I explained that they looked dry and burnt. She replied, “So you don’t want them crispy?” I told her I wanted them a little crispy, but this was not crispy — it was burnt. Her tone was not nice at all. She then told me to park and wait in the parking lot and said they would bring me a replacement. After a while, they came with the order again, but in a very rude manner. When I opened the bag, I found the same hash browns, just reheated, even drier and more burnt than before. Would anyone seriously expect a customer to eat this? Honestly, it was inedible. I was in a hurry and very hungry, so I couldn’t go back inside or ask for a manager. I tried to eat it anyway, but then I found a large hair inside the hash browns. After seeing that, I completely lost my appetite. I had to throw away all the food, including four bags of hash browns. It felt like I threw my money straight into the trash. Thankfully, I did not give any of this food to my child, who was crying and asking for hash browns. To the manager or owner of this location: please pay attention to what your employees are doing and to the cleanliness and quality of this place. After this experience, I heard many negative comments about this location as well. I truly wish I had never ordered from here.
