  I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but this one is well deserved. Jess at Dunkin’ is truly exceptional. From the moment you walk in, she brings an energy that completely elevates the experience. She is warm, personable, and genuinely people-driven, not just going through the motions, but actually connecting with customers. In a world where customer service often feels transactional, Jess stands out in a major way. She goes above and beyond every single time. Whether it is remembering orders, moving with efficiency during busy hours, or simply making people feel seen and valued, she delivers consistently. To be honest, I find myself timing my visits just to make sure she is there. That alone speaks volumes. Dunkin is lucky to have her. She is not just an employee, she is an asset to the brand and a reflection of what great service should look like.

  I Lost my wallet the other days and was freaking out. I had left my business card in it and the cashier(jess) called me to return it. All the money was still there, none of my cards were missing. You the best jess 🤘

  I recently visited the Dunkin location on East Street, as I regularly do, and today’s experience truly stood out and deserved recognition. I would like to take a moment to highlight Jess, who consistently provides exceptional customer service. She always greets customers with a warm and welcoming smile, and her positive attitude never goes unnoticed. Even during times when she was expecting, she maintained the same level of kindness and professionalism, which speaks volumes about her character and work ethic. On this particular visit, I was having a difficult day, and although she was unaware of it, Jess greeted me with genuine warmth and attentiveness that made a meaningful difference. My coffee was prepared perfectly, and it honestly felt like it was made with care and intention. While other staff members appeared distracted with personal conversations and at times used inappropriate language, Jess remained focused, professional, and courteous throughout the entire interaction. She gave me her full attention and ensured I felt valued as a customer. Employees like Jess are a true asset to your team. I strongly encourage management to recognize her dedication and consider her for a raise or advancement. She consistently delivers the level of service every customer hopes to receive.   Maybe the most pleasant and friendly dunkin I've ever been to! Jess was very kind and friendly and made probably the most delicious Carmel craze latte I've ever had! I will definitely be back Thanks to Jess!
