- JDJohn DaignaultSep 29, 20251.0I just went in there at 7:50pm and the girl said they’re closed. They’re supposed to close at 9pm. I’m gonna go on the subway website and file a formal complaint.
- SDSteffen DruesedauFeb 11, 20251.0Unfortunately I have to give one star otherwise I can't leave any revenue. Unfortunately there are no minus stars. I wanted to eat a subway it was 8:30 p.m. / 8:30 a.m. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes and waited for someone to come and take my order. After 5 minutes the nice lady from the gas bar came and said I had to use the bell. OK, I did that another 5 minutes later a younger man said he would close in 2 minutes and therefore wouldn't serve me anymore. It was 8:45 p.m. / 8:45 a.m. I don't know what it's like at Subway, but I'm a truck driver and if I have a customer who wants something, if I want to get off work in a few minutes, I'll do whatever it takes to be happy with the customer. I've never experienced such bad service at Subway and I hope that other branches are more customer-friendly
