  This is by far the best Dunkin ever. I have been to so many Dunkin’s here in CT and out of state, and this still remains the best one ever. The staff here is beyond friendly, they are so nice, and good at their jobs! The drinks are always well made to perfection, and the service is always really good even when it gets busy! :D

  I would like to first start by thanking a wonderful young man named Manny who helped me and my husband in the parking lot. He was just exiting after finishing his shift and truly had no reason or obligation to help us at all, but when he saw me struggling to pick my husband up after he had fallen, he immediately came over without hesitation. Personally, I am 63 years old and simply did not have the strength to lift him on my own. It was a very stressful and overwhelming moment for me, and Manny stepped in with such kindness and professionalism that it completely changed the situation. He was patient, calm, and incredibly respectful while helping my husband back onto his feet, making sure he was okay before anything else. Not only did he assist us physically, but he also went the extra mile by offering to walk us inside and even suggested we come in to sit down and have another coffee. He told us to speak with a kind lady named Gabe inside if we needed any further help or assistance. That level of genuine care and thoughtfulness is something you just do not see very often anymore. Moments like this are exactly why I truly love coming to this store — not just because of the coffee, but because of the outstanding customer service and the quality of people you have working here. Manny showed compassion, initiative, and integrity that went far beyond his job description. It is very reassuring to know that there are still individuals willing to step up and help someone in need without being asked. If this had happened anywhere else, we most likely would have had to call for outside assistance. Instead, thanks to Manny’s quick actions and willingness to help, what could have been a very serious situation was handled safely and with care. Please recognize Manny for his exceptional kindness and for representing your store in such a positive way. Employees like him truly make a difference in people’s lives, and we are incredibly grateful for his help that day.
