  El servicio va mejorando la manager nueva es muy amables,mi comida bien cocinada y tiempo,el ambiente comienza a cambiar se va haciendo más agradable para ser un cliente frecuente.

  The food here is about what you’d expect from a McDonald’s. Rarely mess up my order however the customer service is where they fall off. Constant attitudes, no greetings, no courtesy. And the straw that breaks the camel’s back is that their soda machine (specifically for their Coke) is currently and has been flat for a while. How is this possible? McDonald’s has a separate tank SPECIFICALLY for Coke and yet THIS McDonald’s Coke is always flat. I’ve gone to EVERY McDonald’s in the greater New Haven area and THIS is the only one I have this issue with. In conclusion if you’re craving McDonald’s and happen to be near this one, do yourself a favor & drive a little further to the Campbell Ave or bull hill lane location.

  I walked into McDonald’s hoping for a quick, decent meal, but the entire experience left me wondering why I bothered. The food has gone so far downhill that it barely resembles what it used to be. My fries were the first disappointment—lukewarm, limp, and tasting like they’d been sitting under a heat lamp long enough to give up on life. They were so oversalted in some spots and flavorless in others that it felt like each fry came from a different batch altogether. The burger wasn’t any better. The patty tasted bland, almost metallic, like it had been reheated instead of freshly cooked. The bun was oddly stale, with a texture that was somehow both dry and gummy. The toppings were thrown on carelessly, so every bite was either all pickle or all sauce. Speaking of sauce, the whole thing was drowning in it, as if they were trying to cover up how little flavor the rest of the sandwich had. Even the chicken nuggets, which used to be the one reliable thing on the menu, were disappointing. The breading tasted burnt while the inside was mushy, almost like it hadn’t cooked long enough. Instead of being hot and crispy, they were lukewarm and greasy. They left an oily film in my mouth that lingered long after I was done eating. The overall quality felt rushed and sloppy, like the focus was on speed rather than serving anything remotely enjoyable. For the prices they’re charging now, you’d expect at least something fresh or consistent. Instead, the whole meal tasted like it had been assembled without any care. I left feeling unsatisfied, still hungry, and wishing I had spent my money literally anywhere else. At this point, I honestly don’t know if I’ll be going back. McDonald’s used to be a dependable choice for a simple fast‑food meal, but lately it feels like every visit is a gamble—one that’s absolutely not worth taking anymore.

  I usually never had any problems with them. But it’s annoying using a reward for an item and then not even receiving it. I would in fast food too like please make sure everything is in there before yall bag it up.
