When I simply asked for no tempura and the roll to not be fried, I was met with confusion and rude staff who took 20 additional minutes to make my food and 4 out of 5 of my rolls came with tempura. Then I was charged for not finishing rolls I was unable to physically eat. Service was just very slow and food was underwhelming. Also, the salmon in my Philadelphia roll was discolored and didn’t taste fresh. And the staff was AGAIN rude when we paid. Won’t be coming back.
