- MFMalena FloresApr 6, 20261.0I am somewhat disappointed. This is the third time I have purchased a large iced matcha latte here—specifically asking them to add very little ice—and they simply fill the cup with ice. If I were to remove the ice from the cup, the liquid wouldn't even reach the halfway mark. Today, I made the same request—please, just a little ice—and once again, they filled it up. I asked them to take it back and remove some ice; I believe they only took out about three cubes before handing it back to me. I am very dissatisfied because I feel they had an attitude along the lines of, "We pulled one over on her." In reality, they didn't; I simply didn't want to argue, so I accepted the cup as it was. I don't think it's fair to pay so much for a drink that doesn't even amount to half a cup of actual liquid.
